Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with LEGACY DISTRIBUIDORA DE INFORMATICA E ELETROELETRONICOS. This policy explains how to return a kit, accessory or electronic item and request a refund. It applies to consumer and reseller orders. Effective date: 2026-10-23.

Refund period

You may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

Condition of the item

Items must be returned unused, with all accessories, manuals and the original packaging.

Kits and combos should be returned complete, with all included pieces, cables, manuals and original packaging.

Returns shipping: paid by the customer for change-of-mind returns; paid by us for defective or incorrect items.

We answer within 2 business days and send you the return instructions.

Please do not send items back before contacting us.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If an item arrives damaged, does not work, or is not what you ordered, contact [email protected]. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the case and resend or refund. See also the Shipping Policy for packages damaged in transit.

How you are refunded

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Card statements may take one or two billing cycles to show the refund.

Exceptions

Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned, except in case of defect.
